Lost count when I started to do 5-6 in a row
-Evil Wheel Work: Incline roll-outs 3x5
-Back Squats: 90x5x5
Used a lighter weight to concetrait on form, which is a lot more solid since pretty much having to re-learn them. I was really feeling the hip drive on the last set.
