-Front Squats: 89x5x3
Bloody heavy and form was a bit ugly but I fought through them. Try 89.5kg
-Shoulder Press: 48x5 / 45x5x2
I barely made 48x5 and it took it right out of me and dropped the weight for the last 2 sets.
-Deadlifts: 145x5
Pretty solid.
