Still managing to get some workouts in but not as many as I'd like. Travel can be hard and grueling some days and getting up the motivation to do anything after 12 hours of Asian travel is monumental. Add in the odd stomach problem, lack of facilities, parks and private areas and soon you realize it's been 5 days since your last workout. I feel a bit of deconditioning and motivation starting to slip in. The times that I do workout I feel great and the times I have long lay offs I feel like crap. Sore joints, stiffness, a heavy feeling, tiredness and a general unwell feeling takes affect. I don't kow how people don't exercise. It's only been 2 months since I left Sydney and I can feel it. That said it was only 2 months that I was in Sydney working out hard and look at the results I got.
