-Front Squats: 65 x5 / 75 x5 / 86 x6
-10 minutes for rounds of:

5 Box Jumps, mid-thigh
10 Walking Lunges, 40lbs DBs
Total = 8 + 5 box jumps & 5 walking lunges
-Lying Hip Swings: 20/20/20
-Plank: 90 sec

Solid on the front squats. Slowly moving back up.
