-Back Squats: 101.5x5x3
-Shoulder Press: 49x5x2/49x4
-Weighted Chin-ups: 11x5x3
It was all feeling a bit heavy this morning; me, the squats the presses and the pulls. Will increase the squats and chins but stay put on the presses.
