10lbs better than on 12/04/07 but should have done better still. The 10km took it out of my squat; 230 was light last time but this time was no go. Shoulder Press was solid; failed first attempt but managed a solid 2nd and got it up with little back bend. DL was heavy and ugly; back was too rounded, would have probably been much more solid if my legs were a bit fresher.
