BW 76.5kg / 168lbs
-Power Cleans: 135# x3x2 / 140 x3x2 / 145 x3
-Front Squats: 155 x5 / 180 x5 / 205 x2
-Back Squats: 135 x10x3
-Hang Leg Raise: 8/6/6/6/6

Solid session except for the fact I'm fucking weak, but it's been a while since I've done front squats so that's what I get. I'll use this as a basis for my FS 1RM and start plugging away. I've also decided to revise/reinforce my goals. I guess they're goals for 2010:
-Front Squat 1.5 x BW
-Deadlift 1.25 x BW
-Weighted Dip 0.5 x BW
-Shoulder Press 0.8 x BW
-Weighted Pull-ups ? x BW
