Go 107.5 x5x3
-Bench Press: 67.5 x5x3
Heavy. Had a spotter for the last set and had fingers on the bar for the last rep. Stay for one more session.
-Deadhang Chin-ups: 13/9/7
14 felt like it was right there but felt gassed for the last 2 sets.
-Power Cleans: 60 x3x3
