Heavy as hell but manageable. Go to 103.
-Shoulder Press: 45 x5x2 / 45x3
Fuck. Did 45 the other day...
-Deadlifts: 130 x5
Solid. Grip was wayning a bit but managed it. Try 135.
-3 Rounds of:
12 Overhead sit-ups, 20lbs DBs
60sec Plank
