ha, I think that was a PR
-Back Squats: 106 x5x3
Heavy but doable. Back Squats have been aggravating my left elbow as of late. I played around with grip width and found I need to have a wider grip and put the bar just a notch lower on my back. 107 next session.
-Shoulder Press: 43 x5x2 / 43.5 x5
Solid. Go for 43.5 x5x3
-Deadlifts: 130 x5 / 135 x5 / 130 x5
The last set was stop and go with no bounce off the ground but a true "dead-lift" instead. Felt much heavier and my grip gave me no problems.
-3 Rounds of:
5 Windmills/arm, 40lbs
10 KTE
