BW 74.7kg / 165.5lbs Feeling and looking a bit light this morning
DROM
-Back Squats: 104 x5x3
My arms kind of hurt after these. Want to go 105 but it might be much. Form was solid.
-Shoulder Press: 45 x5 / 42.5 x5x2
Blah. 45 was hard and ugly, but I got some pointers on form, dropped the weight and the rest felt good. I'm going to start off at a lower weight and work my way back up. I need to use a narrower grip than what I've been using.
-Cleans: 62.5 x3x3 / 65 x3x2
Solid. Go for 3 sets of 65 next time
Good session. Got some good pointers and input from a lifter at the gym about doing Rack-Pulls and Deadlift Haults to supplement my deadlifts because I'm only doing them once a week.
