Feeling fat and heavy. Need to start bring back rows for warm-ups, that short sprint seems to help a lot for a number of things, fat minimization being one of them and interestingly a lower resting pulse rate.
HBBS have been feeling pretty good and I feel my form is pretty solid with them, I just need to keep with them now and go hard and heavy. I'm going to start with a weight at the beginning of the week, keep at it for 3 sessions even if I manage all 3 sets and not increase until the following week. I feel I'm putting the weight up too quick and my form slips too much.
Bench press is another bitch. My shoulder was biting into me last bench session and I don't know heavy I'm going to be able to go before it's too painful anymore. Shoulder presses are alright and dips didn't feel too bad when I gave them a try. Plus I've got a physio session next week so it'll be nice to see how that goes.
As for now I 've just got to keep going and not worry that the only thing that seems to be going up is my waistline.
