DROM
-Back Squats: 113.5 x5x3
Solid. Keeping those arms up tightens my upper body making a huge difference. My biceps were still a bit sore but not as bad. 115kg is there.
-Bench Press: 68 x5x3
Solid. Used a bit closer grip and that relieved a lot of stress off my shoulder plus the weight felt easy. 69 is there.
-Deadhang Pull-ups: 9/7/6
-Ab Roller: Kneeling 15x3
-Stretch
