Well here's a major update from the last month and even then I'm still not up to date.

Used a big heavy assed log for the deadlifts and did the HSPUs assisted on a ladder. The runs were around the house and were more like 150-200m I think.

Ouch. Went out for pizza the night before so I decided to punish myself for it. My arms and legs were already hurting from the squat cleans from the day before and this didn't help. I partitioned the pull-ups, push-ups & squats in a Cindy fashion of 5-10-15.

Subbed the wall ball shots with thrusters using a 15kg rock. My body is hurting pretty good right now due towork and the ring dips from the day before. I'm a day late on this one due to a bit of a stomach problem because of some bad pork. I was originally going to do a WOD that I got online that is somewhat like this one but with running, unfortunately the running did not go well with my stomach so I did this instead which is an older WOD.

Used a 23kg rock for this one. I wussed out on this one and paced myself too much. I could have probably gotten a score of 7 no problem but I'm a wuss. I do have the excuse that I'm feeling pretty beaten up from yesterday's WOD but again, it's just an excuse.

This is a WOD from a couple day's ago, it's a benchmark day too. Some big subs on this one. For starters, I used a 17kg rock for the swings, instead of back extensions I did good mornings using a 17kg rock, a 17kg rock for the push-presses, instead of wall ball shots I did thrusters using a 15kg rock and finally instead of double unders I ran 400m. Do what you can do is the name of this one.

Went to an Australian BBQ last night and ate more food then I care to remember. Felt like crap in the morning but regardless I forced myself to do this WOD. Gave out a pretty good effort on this one and I just about met pukie but that might have been because of the BBQ. Did the goodmornings with a big ass log but before I could weight it we used it for a post to make a compost heap. I figure it was about 45lbs. As for the pick-ups I used my 23kg rock.

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

A bit disappointed with this one and I think I might have done a little better if I would have stretched out, as couldn't get the kip going very well.

This was a WOD from 03/10/06 and was a pretty solid one at that. I used approximately a 22kg/48lbs rock for the push-presses. I looked at what some of the total rounds was in the comments section and it looks as if I was holding about average.

Tracked my distance with my pedometer. Ran until it said 2.6 and then I turned around and retraced my steps. When I got back to where I started it said I had only run 4.7km, weird. Probably has to do with the fact that I was booking into high gear on the way back. Gave a dam solid effort on the final distance, felt really good.
