This was a WOD from Jan.11/06 that I modified a bit. I gave overhead squats a try using my jumpstrech band and it actually worked rather well, with a noticeable emphasis on the shoulders and core. Also, instead of Handstand push-ups I did ring dips, which I found to be dam tough after the OHS and really held up my time.
